Day 1: Practice Gratitude

I think it’s important to practice gratitude, today’s challenge is to name 3 things you are thankful for.

  1. My family and friends, especially my mum
  2. Being physically healthy
  3. Being able to feel and see happiness

All being fairly self explanatory, I will leave you there. It’s come to my realisation that I don’t need to explain everything so throughly, I don’t owe anyone information about what’s going on inside my head. I’m simply not in the mood today, perhaps tomorrow.
